1. Setup & Cleanup. Trust me, you will have so much going on on the big day, you do not want to have to add managing set up & clean up to the mix. You also won’t want family members or bridesmaids running around beforehand, asking you questions & not being able to enjoy every minute of your day. That’s where we step in! We relieve the stress of not knowing if everything is set up, or whether you will be charged a cleaning fee since you ran out of time. You are able to put all your trust in us to bring your vision to life & make sure it all gets safely back home with you.
2. We make sure the timeline runs without a hitch. We make sure the night runs smooth & everything you envisioned on doing, gets done! We don’t want your guests leaving before the bouquet toss & we don’t want your aunts & uncles to miss the first dance. We make sure you & your partner have dinner at your table, drinks in your hands & the best day ever!
3. We let your party know when to walk down the aisle as well as signal the DJ for music transitions. You will have no doubt that your perfect song is playing when the doors open. 💖 Transitioning into Reception, we line your party up for grand entrance and signal them to go. We make sure everyone’s on their feet for your big entrance!
4. The last thing you want is to be answering a million questions on your big day. It’s already a ton of work preparing for it, take the day off & enjoy it!! We are the main contact for all vendors on the day of. We make sure they know where to set up and know their arrival and departure times to no confusion.
5. We take the stress out of planning + coordinating & go the extra mile to make sure everything you envisioned, gets done. We make you our first priority!
